AV project manager
who owns the full
lifecycle, end to end.
I design, deploy, and deliver enterprise AV and unified communications systems at scale. From initial site surveys and system design through integrator coordination, commissioning, and client turnover — I manage the entire project from day one to ribbon cutting.
Three disciplines, one engineer.
AV Project Management
Full lifecycle SI delivery — from site surveys and needs assessment through scope definition, procurement, integrator coordination, installation oversight, commissioning, punch list resolution, and client turnover. Budgets from $8K to $175K.
Unified Communications & AV Engineering
Enterprise Zoom Rooms design and deployment. QSC Q-SYS DSP configuration, Shure, Neat, and Poly endpoint integration, Samsung commercial displays, and Global Caché control systems — standardized for consistency across every site.
Network & Infrastructure
AV endpoint network configuration including VLAN assignments, DHCP reservations, firewall rules, and QoS policies. Hands-on infrastructure knowledge that bridges the gap between AV systems and IT teams on every project.

- Configured and maintained QSC Q-SYS DSP audio processors for conferencing audio, optimizing acoustic performance across varied room environments
- Managed AV software and firmware updates across all endpoints on an N-1 update cadence, ensuring system reliability and security compliance
- Tracked and managed project budgets, processed change orders, and ensured deliverables met organizational standards, timelines, and cost targets
- Created and maintained ServiceNow knowledge base articles covering deployment procedures, user-facing guides, and internal support documentation
- Provided end-user training and ongoing post-installation support to ensure successful adoption at each site
- Selected and recommended Zoom as the enterprise video conferencing platform after evaluating competing solutions including Microsoft Skype for Business and WebEx, leading to company-wide adoption across all SGWS end users
- Provided multi-market IT support across SGWS corporate offices, covering network infrastructure, endpoint management, and end-user support
- Managed Windows-based client and server environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, and DNS
- Supported Office 365 administration, VPN connectivity, and remote desktop services for distributed workforce
- Documented IT procedures and troubleshooting guides in ServiceNow for consistent support across markets
- Managed IT infrastructure and end-user support for a mobile pathology laboratory operation, maintaining Windows-based network environments serving both clinical and administrative functions
- Administered virtualized server environments to optimize hardware resources across mobile pathology lab deployments, reducing physical infrastructure footprint while maintaining performance and reliability
